@bt Roflmao. They were laid off and they should move the f on with their lives. They are not going to be hired back so no, this site does not cater to them only.
The majority of the readers are still employed by this company and yes, they are very concerned about their well being and their benefits.

@OP Stop complaining. This is a layoff site. Many people reading this have been laid off from this company, and you're worried about benefits and morale next year? Read the room.
They need to do something. Life has been su-ked out of every single worker and there is compete lack of trust. They completely destroyed the culture in just a few quarters.
We already have one of the best benefits packages out there...if anything it's going to get worse.
