whats the use of spending hours and filling performance reviews..All we get is 2-3 % raise.
stock is already down , dunno y and how they motivate people to come in and work in the office 5 days, 9 hours.ppl who spent long time here lost even more..for me its the 3 erd year, but the worst company I worked for so far in 20 plus years.

@ct My mgr informed us that they’re attempting to make things more regimented and standardized. Meaning self evals by end of November, Mgr evals due by end of December/mid-January, February to review by HR, and review with team (including any increases) by March 31st paycheck.
In my 4 years here I’ve been yearly eval’d and gotten increases at completely different times. They’re trying to take the mystery out of it.
We can review ourself on 11 months of work and get 0.5 percent raise 6 months later.

@ct self assessments have always been in November
Year end reviews are October and November.
Annual goals are May June.
Which is why I set my goals to things I have already accomplished in the year. Not enough time left in the year to accomplish anything.
Why has the year end review date changed and or been brought forward a month ?
I always thought the year ended Dec 31st 😁
