@a3 If Dan wants to improve morale he and the rest of the board should resign in disgrace for allowing the company to be in such a state.
They're just looking for a stock boost, the market won't reward them for just cutting people and their sheer incompetence will be further exposed as they run the place into the ground. If they're looking for higher multiples it probably won't come as they gut the business and continue to lose revenue.
They deserve a special place "somewhere."
