yeah, this is about the level of leadership and detail we get in IT. "that's wrong, have you tried just doing it better?".
I thought majority of Cisco IT was outsourced to Indian company long ago.

Can I get any worse than Fletcher leading it? Gotta love his vending machines for IT hardware in San Jose and pretty much nothing else except his little video clips.
