Permian was better before the hipos were told they had to work in Uncon. Now a bunch of hipos who used to turn down roles in Uncon are taking up all the good roles and making life su-k for everyone. Reward those who were willing to work Uncon before.
Management continues to look at ways to reduce headcount in Midland. Just look at the number of “leaders” who are based in Houston instead of Midland now for UNCON
