Incorrect, RSUs fully vested this layoff.
The Total Rewards page shows the future vesting RSU's. Those RIF'd don't get the ones that are unvested, just the 2024 and 2025 RSU's. They pull it down because it all goes into the package and to, believe it or not, reduce confusion.
RSU replaced profit sharing award.
Whatever we have in Fidelity we keep. OP is saying moving forward for future years, no more. Jus checked and they removed it from our total reward page. Looks like Dan is looking not to give anything. Enjoy what we have as we will not see this in 2026.

@a2 I saw another post that specifically noted Stock Together was just removed from the Total Rewards page. Only reason to do that is if they don’t intend on having future awards that vest over three years. No company announcement made because so many employees would mistake what’s already been awarded as taken away and that’s not the case. You will still get what has been awarded but it at least seems that your next communication sheet that shows your bonus and annual merit increase may not have a stock award for next year. It was a Hans era program so we will see what happens. Maybe a different program altogether or it’s just another cut
