Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

This was exhausting

The anticipation was the worst part. I made it through, but I don’t feel relieved, just completely drained. I really feel for everyone who lost their jobs and wish them the best of luck. I hope better times come for all of us.

Us who stayed got it worse then those laid off; at least they can move on. Us that stayed have to continue to navigate the Indian take over and stay under constant Rif suspicion

Yup, likewise. I took last year's VSP and glad to get out. Sick and tired of the endless rounds of attrition. What could be so hard for senior executives to focus on the core business, run a tight ship and drop all the woke BS? VZ clearly has/had the best network and all they had to do was not eff it up!
