In five years time Verizon will be a floating shell that owns no network. It will exist solely as a brand, someone else will own and operate the network and will employ mostly contractors and $25/hr techs

I think a satellite company will buy VZ to get customer and port them over to less capital intensive network with better performance and better “truly global and even universal” coverage

Hans will still serve Starbucks coffee for the employees of this new satellite company.

Provider of wireless and broadband with a platform that they try to create that is similar to a WeChat setup where it's social media/chatbot/AI assistant/payment platform/person to person pay exchange platform

In 5 years, it'll be time for 6G, and the VZ board of directors will bring back Hans to spearhead the 6G rollout :-)
