Only 9 Senior Leaders listed in the email sent out by VCG CEO…?
Is the “significant organizational change” in the room with us? There was more than 9 RIF’ed on my 50 person team.
What a scam this “new” leadership is

@a7 this is likely just the start. It’s hard to axe the top of an org too much too quickly or you just end up with even more chaos. I’m not happy leaders are leaving, they are my peers and friends. I’m just being realistic. None of us think this is done. A friend who is a VP had to fire 8 people yesterday was basically told he was safe the entire process. Then once he finished, they notified him that he was on his way out and he needs to close his affairs out over however many months it takes to replace him. He has NDA and his severance pay held over his head and cannot disclose that to anyone. I found out by mistake as I was trying to find out some details about my own situation. Just everyone please be respectful of everyone. “Leaders” are people too, this was not on them. I’m sure some have been bad people and deserve it, but many are wonderful people and are and have been fighting to save you.
9 out of 50 is 18%, so that’s about the same amount as every other team
It’s just sad. This was not a change in leadership. It was a shuffle of leadership. You have the same old names at the top running the business. All of them are brown nosing yes men at best. Car salesmen. Put them all on phones or in the stores so they can see what it is like today. No news for the Customer Service fiasco? Project Arctic Frost will continue to cause problems. If our Congressional leaders call data is not safe, neither is our customer’s info. Expect more fallout.
Many higher up leaders know their fate already, but it wasn’t announced. They were given the equivalent of “gold handcuffs” to close out and transition their projects, teams and affairs. Then they will get their money and be headed out with an NDA. This can be true for anyone SD and above. My guess is they are trying to not announce any of those people until they are officially gone so things stay as normal as possible through transition. I would also guess some people at that level don’t know their fate yet, but will still be told soon. Depends on their org and boss and nature of their work.
