Our culture was consistently better before this new leadership. We never had focused so much on revenue and cost savings. The ELT care about nothing else other than Teradata making money. The proof is how carelessly they lay off the best people. The carpetbagging VPs and SVPs just go along with it to save their backside. Focusing only on $$$ should be illegal. People matter more than you realize. You won't make money if you don't have the people who really know how your product works.
