I didn’t get let go but a lot of my peers in GNT got hit hard. Network assurance is already thin and they hit us hard. I’m just wondering what to expect. One thing I learned today is upper management doesn’t care about us or work load. 15 people got let go just in our market.

GNT here. My team lost 20% of employees yesterday. Now we are being told to expect big cuts to contractors. Contractors are 50% of our remaining team. We were already spread so thin.
GNT here as well. We no longer have the staffing to cover all our MSCs in market, especially for off-hours. Forget keeping up with monthly/quarterly/annual PMs and scrambling whenever there's a LOD. If it's not hard-down, it's probably not gonna be worked on. I feel sick
