I took a look at the numbers and saw there is a HUGE disparity on the amount. If they want to be honest in their dealings - pay the higher number

I think that you receive "Final Pay" if you do not sign the release (As mandated by WARN), and you will receive "Total Pay" if you sign the release form (then you can not sue VZ) .. This will be only clear when you receive the release form (approximately in 4 days from now)
I have the same question. For me the State Mandate and Final pay were calculated as 50% each of the total severance. It seem in my case (7 years of service) after leaving payroll in 90 days I get 1 week instead of 2 weeks per year of service. I was undee the impression I would get 14 weeks after my last day but I am reading things correctly it seems as I am only getting 7 weeks
Does anyone know which one we get? There was a row for State Required Severance Pay, which I assume is in regard to NJ WARN, but it's confusing if we are receiving "Total Pay" vs. "Final Pay".
