Any one knows whats the last date for Texas & Florida employees? I heard for NJ it’s 02/20 (3 months) due to WARN act.

@a8 NJ is 2/20. Contact HR to confirm unless your address is system is another state...
Serious question: If you are in a state that requires 60 day notice (WARN) and you are off by 12/19, are you getting paid another 30 days in addition to the severance? Not trying to be greedy, but would like to get what we are legally entitled to.

Georgia is 12/19.
NC 12/20
Texas and Florida are both 12/19 last day.
