@a8 I wasn't given a timeline yet, my manager's manager told me that I will gain access to the severance portal at 1pm ET today, he didn't give me any other details

They spun off Visible to be nimble and avoid the toxic inept leadership, then brought them back under the same toxic inept slow leadership. Can’t make it up.
Rif'ed in 2024 from Value. Absolute worst organization ever. Dog eat dog...no transparency from leaders...spewing lies...back stabbing, etc. Value has had the same disgusting tone being seen by the company today. Disgusting. If I were still with the company and survived today, I would be looking so hard and fast for my own exit. Ashamed to have given so many years to the same disgust we are seeing today. I genuinely feel sorry for anyway stuck here. If you are Rif'ed, consider it a blessing.
