Does anyone here know what a reverse merger is? Repsol will merge with the APA corp and then spin off all of the debt and liability. Think Oxy and CRC.
If Repsol retains JC and his merry men in any capacity…it means that Repsol has not done their due diligence.
Please, Please, Please, get rid of this executive team, they have ruined this company.
