Service Provider AT&T CX has worst leaders - time to rebuild this group

Anyone been around these leaders or has seen the team dynamics and morals? Everyone of leaders must go, they are that bad and toxic. Shrunk the business and unable to maintain margins.

It’s hard to maintain margins when the customer hates you. AT&T needs more attention than just CX.
