Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Omaha Office

Looking to apply to a job within the Omaha office...any insights on this and the teams? I've heard some horror stories from people who have worked at Fiserv but don't see Omaha mentioned much? Looking for brutally honest answers, thank you in advance!

@d8 Agree-the decision to let go of good, seasoned employees comes from Omaha. They don't appreciate the time you give up with your family or time you give up from your vacations. Management are back stabbers.

If you want to be miserable each and every single day…Fiserv is the place

Stay away from Fi if at all possible. The leadership in Omaha is abysmal in the laughable AI omnichannel cst.

I don’t recommend the Omaha facility unless they clean up the leadership team soon. Lots of poor business decisions come from Omaha due to lack of knowledge of other parts of Fiserv. Look elsewhere for a job, if possible.

Fiserv Omaha is an amazing location filled with the most innovate employees. It is the best place with great flexibility, nice office space and leaders that really care for the team. This is only my second week but I got big plans for my career here.

Quit wasting our time. The ENTIRE company is a dumpster fire regardless of the office location.
