I don’t think so. Most of my group were offered the VSP and more took it than leadership expected, to the point that we backfilled half of them. Could be situational though.
Not in cybersecurity, but our group was also not offered the VSP. The fair thing to do would be to match the terms of the VSP for anyone who was offered it last round, or who accepted and was rejected. No illusions that they'll honor that, but it's the right thing to do.
@OP Most likely yes.
VCS (Cyber security) were not offered the VSP without special circumstances. Those from that group who got rif'd shortly after we're offered the same package however.
