ELT has said many times that the company exist to generate revenue and deliver share holder values. That's fine but they forgot, first you need good people to deliver good products that customers want, not just another me too service offering.
This explains their behavior of ruthless and heartless actions. These carpetbaggers are hoping something would stick and make them rich while sacrifice anyone in the way. No appreciation for the technology or the people, which if managed properly leads to success and high return for shareholders.
