Be careful out there folks they’re tracking everyone’s KPI for RTO tracker and that data will be used as an input for the upcoming layoffs by VPs and HR

@dg the issue is that the workplace insight considers you are taking your PTO evenly for each quarter. With that being said, do you still think you can accomplish that easily for each quarter?
Driving into work to outsource my job to India because "in person collaboration is important". Then berated for OHS scores being low. Easy to explain, hard to comprehend. Is the only solution to quit?
I thougth1 KPI goal was RTO, a super easy goal to accomplish ... Go into the closest site 4 days a week unless your a remote employee.

Every town hall the reiterate that 1)we need to reduce travel costs and 2)in person collaboration is important. Yet, we continue to hire executives that live nowhere near a site.
