WARN act in NJ

If I’m reading this correctly, if you work in NJ, they need to notify us 90 days in advance to avoid penalty. Do does this mean anyone told on 11/20 would be on the payroll for 90 days in NJ?

I think if it’s over a certain number of people at one time they file and follow .

On paper, yes, but according to many previous posts on here (scroll down for the last 48 hours worth of posts), that may not be the case. I do know someone at VZ who was RIF’d a while back and got the 90 days. There seems to be no real clarity on here.

It’s 30 days. Vz pays a generous severance.
