Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Anybody else unable to do anything due to anxiety?

I tried gaming, watching a movie, and a bunch of other stuff and nothing helped. All I can think about is potentially being jobless next week. I don't have savings, so I'll be sc--wed if I can't find a replacement job right away, which is highly unlikely. I just feel sick to my stomach about the whole thing.

@OP Have you tried reaching out to Spring Health? They may be able to help you with some coping skills for your anxiety. I know how you feel. Things will get better. Just try to stay positive and continue to show up and do the job you're being paid to do. If this door closes, it's because something bigger and better is in store for you. Best of luck.

Hang in there. I’ve known several people laid off from Verizon and they all are doing fine now. Keep your head up sending you all positive vibes.

Take a deep breath and know you are not alone! If you/we get let go we will get unemployment.
There is life after Verizon… WE will get through this!

Controll the controllables. Do what you know makes an impact for your career, inside or outside of Verizon. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll end up better than where you are now.
