Rif on maternity leave/FMLA

What if I am on maternity leave (1 month remaining) and I get Rif’d in NJ.

Does my off boarding/warm period (90 days untill off payroll) begins right away or after FMLA/maternal leave is completed?

I know someone that was laid off during parental leave several years ago. So realistically, there is no telling how they will handle it.

@OP after leave is completed, you will be handed your notice. This should either give you another 60 days, or at least 60 days of pay.
