Leon Cooperman, via his firm Omega Advisors, recently sold his entire remaining stake of 390,000 shares in Fiserv Inc. (FISV) during the third quarter of 2025. This complete exit from the position resulted in a -2.36% impact on his overall portfolio.
This sale follows a history of reducing his position in Fiserv over several quarters. Cooperman's firm first established a large stake in First Data Corporation in late 2015, which was converted into Fiserv shares after the companies merged in 2019. Since then, he has made several sales, significantly reducing the holding. The recent complete sale marks the end of this investment for Cooperman's portfolio.
The sale occurred as Fiserv's stock has experienced significant volatility, with shares down roughly 70% from their March all-time high after the company missed quarterly estimates and cut its growth outlook in late October 2025.
