So serious question.As an associate I never understood the hate management had for especially union folks.When these huge layoffs continue to happen year after year wouldn’t some of the management employees understand why we need a voice.I mean honestly this is all about moving out the old and moving in the new paypal CEO own buddies to high level positions .I mean just can’t even understand the complete dedication some of the management has to being completely terrible to associates.All for what a company that has sunk itself wasted more money then most and really could careless about you kicking you to the curb during Holidays.If I was a management person I would not give to damns about anything other then getting a check till they gave me the boot like they plan to do to so Many!!Ra Ra V Teamers or soon to be ex V Teamers

I agree that some managers need to go but they also need to let go of some of these useless HR representatives
Never heard a guv trashing a wobbly but there is a certain amount of contempt and envy due to unions being awarded better dosh and perks compared to the typical company drones. Cheers and best of luck mates!
I hear management gets 2 weeks pay for every completed year with the company. That means every year when they get a pay raise their buyout amount goes up. Union employees have not seen any increase in the package money. It’s the same 2200 per year and 10 and 40? It’s been the same for at least 15years. It’s about time the company increased its offer.

Its all in your head. I've been union and management and management doesn't walk around talking about and hating associates. The better deal you get the better benefits we get. On the flip side I hear lots of complaining and anger from associates about management.
The company cares about managers just about as much as the union cares about their members. It’s all a facade, it’s also all a facade everywhere.
