Some european countries with tougher work regulations are not done yet (France, Spain, Sweden, etc)

Doesn't matter, if I were an activist I would push Marc to do more Q3.
8000 doesn't mean anything. Subsequent layoff could be in hundreds and largely unreported later in the year.
I would think a 20% reduction makes more sense given we overhured.
But trust me if they were given a time clock to go back in time they would hire the sane amount, so I don't know what they are feeling sorry for
