What are the chances there will be more during the remainder of the week or maybe even next week? I can't help but be worried, especially knowing that everybody is having layoffs. This will make finding a new job much more difficult than it would be at any other normal time - if I can call it that.

Silly question, really. They're done for now so don't be worried. Mentally you should be ready for this to happen at any point in time, just my take
I mean you should have a conversation with your leadership if you really have questions about it. Generally speaking, if you were one to be laid off they wouldn't let it go on further.
