We would have done much better last year, without Farley.
WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?????

WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?????
"We should have done better" means "We should have hired even more in Brazil and Mexico and fired even more in NA!"
It's coming........
@emu+1kZWDTwg GM has fired its way to Wall Street glory. That is the only difference between ford and GM. Let that sink in. GM culture is absolute garbage.
No doubt it was the GCRs & LL6s that caused this fiasco, and their AICP should reflect that.
At least the hard working LL5+ should get much larger AICP, as in the past, since they aren't responsible for it.
I think the CEO need a pay increase that is the solution! :) :) what a failure!
A couple of days ago Jimmy says that we cant compete because we dont have the talent. Today he says that we should have done better last year. So, it appears that the failures, recalls and stock price are the workers fault because they dont have the talent and are untrainable.
Boy o boy.... I dont think that Ive ever seen a leader destroy employee morale in such a dramatic way. Emperor Nero and Michael Scott come close, but Jimmy has them beat.
Firing a few salaried engineers will not fix this.
Stellantis and GM are thriving posting record profits last and this year! Why??Better management pure and simple. This clown show must end with takeover or merger to fix.
Model e is the most important division of Ford, and even without the best of Model e's lineup out at this time, it will stand on its own as a revenue generator. Ford leadership is on-target with Ford+.
Blue cruise is just the beginning, there are more data/software based services coming. If you attended the events last week you would know this.
There will not be accountability. Farley slipped it in that the financial breakout of Blue and Model e won’t happen until Q4..what are they trying to keep hidden? Why should anyone in Mobility, which is still losing tons of money, get any bonus?
Mary Barra is about 15 miles away, faces the same industry problems, but she made it happen for GM.
At the start of a call with analysts on Thursday, CFO John Lawler suggested the automaker has “more to do” on job cuts. Lifers sucking the company out of $$. Honest hard working employees helplessly looking at their effort making no difference
