5% here jg3
@1fnw+1kZW93AE a10% bump means you received a HIGHER rating (or HIGHEST) and/or you are very low in your PIR.
Less than a year with Shell.
How do I find my PIR?
3%
Can’t get more than strong
5% - strong rating and at 84% PIR. I bet after my new salary takes effect, I'll still be at ~ 84-85% PIR.
The saying "your first salary will follow you forever" feels all too real.
Started as a JG6 at 80% PIR. Roughly a decade later I am a JG3 at 84% PIR. That low entry point in the PIR range pays real dividends. 🙄🤯
I was at 106% of PIR before the raise so interested to see what the PIR is now.
For many many "good old" years, the raises for those currently ranked Strong would run 1-2% ABOVE inflation. It would depend on the IPF and PIR. The tables would mostly move with inflation.
That has NOT been the case for ~5 years, including this year. This is a Shell of a company it once was.
Joined late November? How much raise for me?
Looks like base pay should have gone up 2-3%. While that’s not zero … it’s a lot closer to zero than the increase in the cost of living the last few years.
Take one for the team and resign now, that’s the only way they will adjust pay - come on, you know you want.
Just under 5% here
Can’t complain here. Getting a JG bump which I was hinted to was coming. Could always use more but no complaints.
Does anyone know if raises are prorated? Been with Shell for 5 months and only got about half of what my coworkers got on same rating.
6%, wonderful. Guess that just means Im even more underpaid with a lower PIR.
