With the FY Group Score Card out, i'm curious, what is the typically the Target Bonus % for Shell USA - Based Employee JG5? Please share if you don't mind.

USA, JG4, 15% target bonus
Be aware your American friends get paid more in terms of actual cash. ie. JG4 US = JG3 Canada
That sucks for USA employees. In Canada from JG8 to JG5 it increases minimum 2% with each bump. JG 7 were 12%
JG 5 - JG9 -10%
JG4 - 15%
JG3 - 20%
JG2 - 25%
JG1 - 30%
I don't know about letter grades.
