Offshoring or layoff?

People are looking for new jobs in dfw because their old ones are being eliminated in the US. Offshoring or upcoming layoff?

Don’t be fooled … layoffs will happen. Sales is not knocking the door down so what’s the best way to cut cost to become cash positive?

At the current rate that 1A is cutting over 1S Pss sites, the bonus's should start shrinking...

As long execs are getting double pay increase every 2 years and big fat bonus. Rest of us can wait. We don't do any work.. only execs do

Too naive to think that offshoring is the answer. Is Sabre looking to be sold to China?

In other words; just mini layoffs on the US side. That’s the normal cycle here at Sabre.
Starting in 2023 could be a difficult year. If Sabre not making a profit and not really selling its products. In 2024 their long term debt is coming due. They will have to refinance it at higher interest rates. The fastest way to reduce cost is to cut building space and employee headcount

Haven’t you heard? No more hire/fire cycles…just the continuing erosion of the American workforce

Offshoring has been going on for years in the rush to be the low cost provider. Layoff hmmmmm?
