More technical staff leaving that were stellar. When will BPX pay better, get rid of the toxic staff, and get back on track? Thoughts?

Never. Theres advantage to keep incompetent and toxic managers as the company become more woke. They know they cant go elsewhere so that improves the expected attrition from that level.
Our best staff retired or left 15 years ago. Not so much now.
