Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Hopefully Intel offers voluntary CPM again so people have the opportunity to leave with fat pockets. Then again they will all just come back again in a few years for more pay and Intel will repeat the same mistakes again. Over 10 years Intels had massive layoffs and most of those came back at some point in time, what's the point. Why rehire people who leave and don't want to be there, seems they learned how to play the game and more should do the same. Intel is a ship on fire headed to running a ground in shallow water.
