Bonus are no longer a perk at Intel. Went from 10s of Ks of values to a few hundred bucks.

The payout histories used to be on Circuit but I could believe that it has disappeared. The formulas used to calculate annual and quarterly bonuses has been changing over time and the programs have been getting gutted. Payouts used to be a lot better but they still tracked the performance of the company. In 2008/9 bonuses where much lower and promotions and increases were suspended for a year. It was still better to have a job in a bad economy.
