What does the redundancy package look like

Any idea what the redundancy package looks like, the silence here is very concerning. Will they give people enough to make it back into a job in a tough market?
What was it last year

When they say 8 weeks min does that mean you get 8 weeks plus 2 weeks for every year?

You can look it up on the portal under leaving the company. Separation Pay Plan. It’s fairly standard for the industry. Not terrible, but not the best. May differ by country, but generally 2 weeks pay for every year 8 week min or 3 weeks for T5 above 12 week min. 6 mo health paid + acceleration of RSU…..all for your signature saying u release SAP from any legal claims.
