For those on VCIP, have you received a bonus? What was the company result?

So when I joined citrix you got the bonus quarterly, then they shifted it bi annually, before they finally shifted it to annually. And now at CSG its drip fed to you in two pieces and you MIGHT only get second half of it in the 4th quarter of the following year? Wow, but I thought TK said we would all be rich and winners together!!! What a fu----g loser!!!

My bonus you ask? hmm, how can i answer this. I was awarded 53% and the 2nd half my remaining 47% is held in Cloud Software Group Prison awaiting to bond out of jail until I can cross the carribean straits with a life jacket and paddle (in case you're wondering) there's no boat. If I keep this up until November of 2023 (ONLY then) will i be considered worthy enough to ask or beg, if I can have my remaining 47%.

hope this answers your question

They provided a number. There was absolutely no justification for that number provided to us. In fact, they waved their hands and said “it’s complicated.” They then subtracted that number from 100% and dangled it in front of us to try to retain us Todd a few more months. My guess is that they started at 50/50, and decided that was too obviously arbitrary, so front loaded it with as small a bump as they thought we’d accept.

So let me get this right they still haven't shared what the bonus should look like? Have they completely abandoned the bonus calculation used previously? I'm out so have zero visibility of what's going on but need to know if they have broken a legal agreement I have so I can get my lawyers back on the case.

Always remember. TK’s leadership will be data-driven and transparent. But not to you.

"That's likely an understatement, in hindsight."

Maybe. Maybe not. They certainly didn't share any data or numbers one way or the other though.

Do you think they don't have the data?

Did you see the slide that showed the absurd number of people and budget for the finance department? If they don't have ALL the numbers, then what are those useless people even doing?

"And that we should all agree that we didn't hit our goals if we're really honest with ourselves."

That's likely an understatement, in hindsight. But we'll never know for sure because the prior financials from David Henshall were based on a business plan foundation of financial fabrication and his wet dreams of SaaS transition success.

Of course in Nov, after TK destroys what's left of our customer base, profits will be way down. So that retention bonus will wind up being 47% of nothing...

They elected to ignore the published metrics used to calculate the bonus and pay everyone 53%. The rest will be used to fund a “retention” bonus.

muy+1kXvxCrV You are correct, a total BS ploy. TK really thinks we’re stupid, doesn’t he?

Correct. 53% and they would give the remainder 47% in November as a retention BS ploy

Internally there was an e-mail from TG that said he stuck his thumb up his bu-t and when he pulled it out it smelled like 53%. And that we should all agree that we didn't hit our goals if we're really honest with ourselves.

I was laid off this month, and I got my VCIP payment today. It as around 53% of what my total could have been. I have no insight into how that percentage was calculated.
