This is the Oracle model. How did this happen?

Curious on the Acumen and TOD comments- knew a bunch of those folks before the acquisitions, and they all seem to have been fairly unhappy since they were absorbed. Was it just leadership issues, or a bad fit of services to sales? There were a lot of talented resources on the implementation end.

last comment was spot on to describe the sh-t .
Matt F. in APAC replicated the same sh-t in his region , hiring and promoting useless leaders and friends, yeah friends !

I think SF went overboard in February last year - they promoted a ship-load of people to VP and RVP in Professional Services, and the VP & SVP roles were severely watered-down. Acquiring the filth from Traction on Demand has just made things worse (don't even get me started on the "leadership" from Acumen).

Mark will have his hands full cleaning up the sh** that upwardly-managing Lori left behind. I have this feeling that all she did was carry out M&A to get a CEO's job outside SF.
