Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Many of us would like to be laid off

This has become such a poorly run company. Maybe it's high time that our leadership pays some attention to the fact that there are so many employees who would like to be laid off. Isn't it worrisome that most people assume that the best employees will be laid off, while slackers will somehow remain unaffected?

Too many highly paid old folks building mini empire and politics. Every year new theme new direction without consistency. Fluffy vision and 90s execution just presentation slide selling while world moved has changed.

Musk is a product guy, not a sales guy! Ever since Mcdermott took over as sole CEO, SAP become a sales-run company, and we forgot about the product, just quick sales, he ran the place to the ground!

Making acquisitions that added very little value, like Qualtrics or CallidusCloud! And now Klien has to reverse the mess Mcdermott did to the culture and the products

No matter the problem, Elon Musk is NEVER the solution!

👏👏👏👏

Just look at all the new presidents and ceos of tech companies that were previously with SAP.

The toxic culture, lack of diversity, and low growth are common exit interview themes.

Only an Elon Musk style “transformation” can save this company.
