Former employee here - sad that I don’t get to hear these entertaining GEMs anymore (but thankful that I got out). Can someone give a low down on what was said in the GEM? Reading through the threads, seems like RTO isn’t working, bonuses are getting cut (?), lots of pacing lol

Good point, David Henshall (ex-CEO) also is a finance guy. They all know how to manipulate numbers and cut operating costs, but few know how to grow a SaaS business.
If you look at TK background on Linkedin he was CFO, finance guy. I have never yet experience or read about CFO who was a good CEO. They are all numbers guys, bean counters, have no people experience and look at all of us just interchangeable disposable assets and not people.
The motivation is a big pay day at the expense of employees and customers. He is a hired g-n for Vista with a mission to extract as much cash as possible even at cost of long term health of the company and the detriment of customers.
Employees and customers are collateral damage nothing personal.
What is wrong with him? He seems to have embraced the philosophy that employees are expensive, interchangeable annoyances, not human beings. There are ruthless CEOs at other companies who at least try to say the right thing. Not TK. He hates you! You're garbage to him! Your lives, your feelings, your careers mean nothing to him! I guarantee his wife is getting some on the side because there is no possible way she can stand his presence for more than five minutes.
You can stop worrying(teasing) about us and you can just move on.
