I was looking at the job openings Q posted on LinkedIn. It's so pathetic: They're looking for people with skills that are IDENTICAL to the people they thoroughly mismanaged and mistreated so badly that they ultimately gave up and quit. People with the experience and skillset to fill these jobs are not easy to find. So when they DO find them, AND convince them to join Q, you'd think they'd value them, support them, promote them, and get the best work out of them. NOPE. Not Q. Good luck with your next batch of bodies. One step forward, two steps back.

Hey @6yfw , I don't think you should focus on suc-cess, just focus on suck-less.
All these people making comments about Qualcomm Employees. How about we let our success do the talking for us?
And tbh, if you are so unhappy working at Qualcomm, use your “degree” to find the door. No one is keeping you from the bright future that so obviously awaits you elsewhere.
I've had at least two recruiters reach out to me to fill the job I quit because they ran off the person who replaced me.
In response to umv+1kXVmAR7 it depends what you do and where you work at in Q. You can definitely ride with no skills but if you want to learn new skills no body stops you. I have been always taking classes and challenge myself with new things. But at the end of the day it did not seem that anybody in the management appreciated and they kept moving up the same corrupt and incompetent people. Thats why I left.
People at Q have skill sets? Does the job market know this? Bc Q workers aren’t in great demand and many companies are making their own chips now… so this post is so confusing
