Not really. I used to always wonder why Amazon is giving money to others on MY purchases. If it wanted it should have given ME a cash back of 1% or reduced the price. Or I should have had the option to choose myself or any of the listed non profits. If anything folk like me will buy more from Amazon. Gimmicks are fine but ultimately the smart ones realize from which pocket the money is coming from.
