When will C suite do anything to the super long report chain in Qualcomm especially to these people managers don't do any actual work? Meta CEO's already been thinking about this while Qualcomm report chain has alway been like
Staff manager + senior staff manager + principal manager + director + director + senior director + senior director + vp + vp + ......?

@1mis: The PMIC XMa has been always like this. Treats others like d!rt if they are not from his ethnic background. Very weak technical knowledge. Backed by upper management and they are fully aware about what he is doing. Caused a lot of good engineers to leave over the years. PMIC is probably the worst dept at Q.
Broadcom CEO Hoc Tan showes us the most efficient example. There is nobody between Hoc Tan and GMs of every BUs. GMs are either VP or SVP. Nobody is filtering the info from GMs to Hoc.
