I worked at Micron and left due to a very toxic and abusive co-worker. Everyone in the lab complained to management and HR but they did nothing because worker was a minority and they were too scared to do anything. There were also a few very abusive managers there as well. Micron seemed to foster and nurture a toxic and abusive work environment. Many good workers left because of this culture. My advice is if you ever find yourself in a toxic and abusive work environment, leave. You will recover and be glad you did.

I would caution against the compliance helpline. I filed a complaint and was later let go.
I was suppose to quit last year due to same reason. But gambled another year becos bases on the way they manage the company, this layoff is expected. Hopefully my wait pay off.
