I though WARN meant you have to be told personally two months ahead. Most company just layoff people and keep them in payroll for a couple months and still put them on WARN. That's why I'm wondering why it's not on the WARN yet.
Micron severance is typically more than 60 days pay. That covers the pay required for not issuing a WARN notice.
