Yes...there is much insight into changes with leadership. Wouldnt you like to know them? AHH HAHAHAHAHA you lose.
Thanks reputation defender for your insightful post!
Why are you posting on this forum if you don't work for ADP?
"I know someone that works for ADP. They work at home." ....LOL
Bye!
I know someone that works for ADP. They work at home.
Hardly does anything.
Must be nice to be paid to do not much.
New leadership, Old leadership, blah blah blah. It will make no difference whatsoever.
As the old adage goes:
“ if you put whip cream and a cherry on a pile of shit it’s still a pile of shit not a chocolate sundae“.
Sarcasm aside; read these post to gain insight into the company.
Where there is smoke there is usually fire ! YMMV
how is this company still functioning? by the grace of God I think. Geesh, it's unreal the toxicity.
Been here over 20 years and stayed for personal reasons. Seen this rodeo MANY MANY times over the last decade+. "leadership" more like mercenaries come and go when their stock compensation vests. Their playbook is to blame tenured employees for lack of productivity. In reality, Innovation doesn't exist. They're essentially putting lipstick on a pig.
Not sure who does these stupid ranking about "2023 Best Places to Work". Fugazi / Baakwaas!!!!
This is a slave labor company with a toxic culture and limited upward mobility.
If you're lower than VP level, don't kidd yourself; you're just a pawn and easily discard-able
Hope they get rid of the CDO and Data Solutions leaders. Time to stop with the toxic cultures!
It should be the same old nonsense as under Carlos -- get rid of knowledgeable, tenured employees in lieu of cheaper associates.
March and June layoffs are a possibility
