With this kind of management, there is no doubt that nobody should have high hopes that things will get better here. The way the company treats its best employees is shameful.
I only regret that I didn't leave earlier, when I could have found a decent new job more easily.

@scd+1kTs47K4 Overpaid at Micron?! Unless you're E5 and above I don't think anyone is overpaid. If not we are underpaid compared to the market
I was suppose to leave last year. But looked at the way the manage the company, its very obvious its going to collapse. To many oevrpaid paid employee who cannot deliver. So many project and tpm failed. Workplace politics is extreme. They are just throwing away money and promotion to those who don't deserve. Same job scope, but the pay difference by almost double. Different gjs doing same task. So as expected mass layoff will happen. Hopefully my name on the list
I'm not gonna lie. Management could improve but Micron has been run fairly decently compared to our neighboring sh-t show Intel
