The company has started to let go of all temps and project hire employees in certain departments to avoid layoffs to regular full time employees.

iger and the board spent years turning their noses up at the creator economy rather than trying to compete with them, and now they're stuck begging woke VCs for cash. I will take the first severance offer I receive if I receive one at all.
