The plan is to use AI to start small by replacing a potion of support (Server, Azure etc..). Once bugs and workflow are vetted after a year or so, let it take over more and more work in support, which of course means letting people go.

ChatGPT may not be great yet, but it will be much better for Support than the current MS iI had a two month back and forth with the Store online support team, which is vendor staff, and they are as rude as can be, and extremely unhelpful.
AI will enrich and help the human experience, so let it be it, and please fire that vendor company aforementioned!
I wonder will AI be like the offshoring in 90s to India. They wound up with a really bad result and spent a lot of money trying to get things onshored again.
GPT3 is not great. Got 8 out of my 10 simple questions wrong. So very wrong.
