I have an approved remote work medical accommodation. I’ve also busted my rear at my job. Listen to me, Fat Boy - if I don’t get my promotion because of my medical accommodation, I will sue the company SO BAD my lawsuit will be studied in law schools and MBA programs around the globe for decades as a prime example of MO--NIC EXECUTIVE DECISIONS. You said it at the GEM yourself, if we work from home we don’t get promoted and we will be looked at for separation from the company. Make. My. Day…..Boy.

“ It’s surprising his lawyers don’t hustle in and pull him off the podium with giant hooks.” Considering his legal office is run by Tony '200%' Gomes. I'm not suprised he gets run his mouth all day. That guys a piece of sh-t as well!!

I suspect his lawyers are too busy kissing his rear to notice anything else these days. Gotta love these ivory tower types. Entirely out of touch with employees and busy changing TK’s soiled nappies and telling him what a good, fat little CEO he is.
zbv+1kTQcjrg, thank you, duly noted.
To the OP and anyone else in the same situation (like I was before I got laid off):
If I recall correctly from the company policy documents we were all supposed to read before signing ourselves over to CSG on December 1, CSG officially has an "affirmative action" policy for employees with disabilities, believe it or not. (Citrix only had an "equal opportunity" policy, again iirc.) This caught my eye because the whole vibe since the takeover has been a whole lot less disability-friendly than Citrix's company culture was. I'm not sure why that policy is in place, but I think we can safely say it isn't due to TK's deep appreciation for the contributions and unique skills of individuals with disabilities...
Anyway, just something you, and your potential lawyers, might want to take note of.
Employee legal action is the smart way to address these concerns. If you think you have a case, seek advice from someone qualified to give it. Employment law can vary from state to state in the U.S., for example. Europe has its own legal protections to consider.
Remote work medical accommodation is an area of employment law that will evolve.
Same here. He’s teetering on that line. I fully expect he will slip in a town hall and make this point very clear … and on video. It’s surprising his lawyers don’t hustle in and pull him off the podium with giant hooks.
