Being under constant stress has unfathomable health consequences for many of us in this company.
I am overwhelmed, I have almost no work-life balance, and when I think about it, is it all worth it? - Definitely not.

I can’t prove this environmental stress gave me cancer but I didn’t have cancer before joining the company. So … prove it or disprove it!
Hang in there for unvested RSUs if you've got enough coming, soon enough, to make that worthwhile. As far as severance goes, you might get lucky, but I fear that the closer it gets to September 30, 2023 (the last day CSG is contractually obligated to honor Citrix's severance policy), the more likely you'll just get whatever pittance TK deigns to dole out from October 1 onward.
"This is not a healthy environment for anyone. Now, let's move on to a better place..."
NOT WITHOUT MY SEVERANCE PAY. NO, MA'AM!
To the poster, thank you. I appreciate your honesty. Agreed, CSG is a toxic culture.

I blame each person on the executive leadership team of this company for creating this kind of environment. Heartless b*stards.
Sounds like "H-E-L-L," no??
"Inspirational Corporate-Speak... Shills..."
I also want to give my support and add this: Other companies are hiring, despite all the layoffs going on. Once you get your stress under control, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, update that resume, and go find yourself a job somewhere where they'll treat you like a human.
Hi, I'm sorry you're going through this. A lot of us are - I echo the previous poster. Reach out to AskHR, they have resources. It doesn't matter what the company name is, or how bad things look right now with this CEO, at the end of the day, we are Citrites. They can't take that away from us, and we care about each other. Good luck, my fellow Citrite!
When I started experiencing health issues due to work related stress, I reached out to AskHR and got a leave and job protected medical accommodation. Look into it. They can provide you with a bunch of information to help out. You are not alone, a lot of us are feeling overwhelmed and unsupported by the idi*t CEO (I mean, he can't even provide accurate numbers in his first GEM, where'd they find this guy? In some remedial math class at a community college?) and his cavalcade of incompetent court jester leaders.
Just don't give up. Know that you are not alone, and secure a leave or accommodation.
